Be respectful of others - not being prepared results in delays for everyone. Have your list of services written and ready for the staff so you don't forget what you want to order for your pet. Our staff works very diligently to check in as quickly as possible.
In order for us to have your pets ready in the afternoon, we must start on time. If you are late, your pet may be declined. We cannot accept any animals once the door is closed.
Staff members begin behavioral assessments during the check-in process. Our staff is well trained in recognizing signs of true aggression. Your pet may be well behaved at home; however, in a new environment, it can be stressful and your pet may react differently. If at any time staff members determine that it is not safe for them to handle your pet, they will decline the animal. Our staff's decision is for their safety and the decision is final.

If your pet has been noted to lick the site, you will be advised to purchase an E-collar or cone of shame to prevent incisional complications. Our staff will answer any questions you have and provide additional pain medication if you purchased extras at check in.
For Cats: Cats are discharged in their carriers for safety reasons. Please make sure you check the incision site once at home.
Do not put anything on the incision site. There are no outward sutures. They are all internal. We apply skin adhesive as a barrier for contamination. DO NOT APPLY ADDITIONAL ADHESIVE IF YOU DETECT A PROBLEM.
